Great post Phil. I have been on a similar leadership journey learning the hard way – from my mistakes. Now that I have surrounded myself with like minded people that share my passion for leadership, I have seen myself become more than I ever thought possible. I could not have made these changes on my own and attribute my personal growth to putting the focus on how my actions impact others and less about what’s in it for me.
